Elisa is an Associate Director with 20 years of transportation consulting experience. She is currently based in Los Angeles but has previously worked with Steer in Canada, UK and Spain.
Elisa has developed her career managing transportation projects across the globe in the road, rail, sea and air sectors. She provides advice to our clients on the identification and evaluation of transportation solutions, the approach to be adopted to fund infrastructure projects, as well as how to involve the private sector in the provision of transportation infrastructure and operations. She also works for the private sector, providing support during the bidding process and during the financing/acquisition of major transportation P3 infrastructure projects.
As Head of Business Development, Elisa leads our business development efforts to grow our Advisory practice in North America, with a particular focus on P3, strategy and financial services.
