Matthew Clark


Matthew is an internationally recognised specialist in the benefits and impacts of disruptive transport technology. His expertise helps the private and public sector to understand and capture the potential of new business models.

Prior to joining Steer, Matthew worked for JHD Advisors, a retail economic consultancy working with major property companies including Westfield and Lendlease. Matthew also has experience working for a town planning consultancy and started his career as a digital cartographer for TeleAtlas (now TomTom).

At Steer, Matthew leads our disruptive technology team working with a wide range of public and private sector clients helping to understand and quantify how new transport innovations can fit into our urban areas. His areas of work include bike sharing, car sharing, on-demand taxis, microtransit, and autonomous vehicles.
