We are proud to announce that Steer has been honored with the inaugural A Better Tomorrow award at the Alliance 82 Mobility Conference. This award recognizes organizations making significant contributions to reducing trips, enhancing the built environment, and improving equity and accessibility on a global scale.
The 82 Alliance independently selected Steer as one of 25 organizations they chose to highlight for our impact in the transportation demand management (TDM) industry. According to their statement, "We want to recognize organizations, nationally and internationally, that are making investments to help reduce trips, enhance the built environment, and improve equity."
Alia Verloes, Associate at Steer, had the honor of accepting the award on behalf of the company, underscoring our commitment to advancing sustainable mobility solutions and driving impactful change.
Over the past year, we’ve deepened our involvement with the 82 Alliance. Julia Wean, Associate at Steer, serves on the 82 Alliance Board, giving us a front-row seat to the organization’s efforts in improving mobility through both the public and private sectors. As a relatively new nonprofit think tank, the 82 Alliance is already positioned to make significant strides in research and industry leadership.
Receiving the A Better Tomorrow award is a testament to Steer’s leadership in promoting sustainable and inclusive transportation systems that leave a lasting positive impact on communities. We are proud to be recognized by the 82 Alliance, whose mission aligns with our own goals of building a more connected and sustainable future.
