We are very proud to have achieved a Gold TIDE award by enei (Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion) for the third year in a row.
enei is the UK's leading employer network covering all aspects of equality and inclusion in the workplace, helping organisations on their diversity journey, and TIDE is their assessment and benchmarking tool allowing companies to measure their approach and progress on their Equality, Diversity & Inclusion practices.
This year enei had a record number of entries - a total of 155 organisations from 26 different sectors, of which only 13 achieved the highly coveted Gold TIDE award.
